CANADIAN CHANCERY BUILDING EXPANSION PROJECT
 
     
  Complete retrofitting of the existing Canadian Chancery Building in Damascus with the addition of a two floor extension in a newly acquired adjacent building.
The work includes complete over - haul of electro - mechanical systems, new finishing, a steel bridge link joining the Extension to the existing building, and a new steel emergency stair.

Location: Damascus, Syria.
Client: Department of Foreign Affairs and international Trade (DFAIT), Canada
ACE Participation: Full Design and Supervision of Construction.
Design Completion: 2001.
Construction Completion: 2002.
Cost: 1.5 million U.S. Dollars.
