Location: Yaffour - Damascus, Syria. Client: EMAAR-IGO. ACE Participation: Full preliminary and detailed Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Design. Design Completion: 2008. Construction Completion: 2009 (Expected). Cost: 75 millions U.S. Dollars.
