	The project includes 3 large show cars showrooms for cars agencies with all the related offices, large maintenance workshops and spares parts warehouse for each agency including all the facilities, offices towers buildings, parking areas, commercial center and recreations spaces. Location: Harasta , Damascus , Syria. Client: Mr. Saeb Nahas. ACE Participation: Full preliminary and detailed Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Design. Design Completion: 2009 (expected). Construction Completion: 2011 (expected). Cost: 42 millions U.S. Dollars ( Civil Works ).
