Children Discovery Center _ Massar Rose :
	The project is a Discover Centre for children that would embrace the needs of Syrian children- encouraging, enlightening, educating and empowering them through personal journeys of growth and discovery, while providing a framework for individual, group, and family exploration through interactive, discovery-based experiences and programming opportunities. The Discovery Centre architecture is based on the shape of the Damascus Rose, it contains 4500m² of gallery space, house hands-on activity rooms, laboratories, media rooms, debating chambers, theatre spaces and its own television studio in addition to a conventional library that will complement an internet café. Location: Damascus Old Fairground location , Syria. Client: Massar trust. ACE Participation: Review of the developed design and prepare full Detailed Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Design and tender documents. Design Completion: 2008 preliminary design, 2009 Full detailed design . Construction Completion: 2011 (expected).
